  The lady at 11:40 was very rude to me and my mom she was chewing gum which is unsanitary. On the phone asked for a cup of water and I never got it

  I don’t know what’s wrong with this lady working here, either she is deaf or doesn’t like working here she make u regret why i am ordering here, and not friendly or smily at all.

  I bought a sandwich on march 27th 2026, and as I was ordering the lady working told me to speak up in a rude way even though I could clearly see she has earbuds in. The whole service was just rude and not pleasant and also I found hair in my food.

  The attitude of the worker who seems to speak Spanish is very bad, she didn’t make us the food well, she didn’t ask us what we wanted to add or anything, she treated us with a bad attitude and there are already many bad reviews of her.

  Poor customer service. Very rude. Got mad at my son because he asked for sprite when they only had Starry. Have had the same issue with this same lady before. Last time tried to just let it go . Maybe a bad day. Today, it happened again but to my son. She needs some extra consumer service training or something.
