  I live close. I have been here countless times. Recently, they are closed up to an hour before their 9pm close time. Totally dark. 6 times now. I love subway, but this one is the worst run subway I’ve ever seen. Never clean. Better hope you’re the only one in line or you’ll be waiting 30 mins. No joke. The bins and food always a mess, communication generally poor. Often workers will hide in back, often on cell phones, place usually needs to be cleaned(tables, benches, prep line, floors, etc...). I recommend going to either the Anderson Lakes or Bloomington Ferry Rd Subways 10x better. This subway should be closed, as it’s a total embarrassment to the chain. Someone should call corporate and Dept of Health.

  Employee should do a better job keeping the food containers clean and presentable. Sweep and clean tables instead of being on his cell phone and listen to his radio in the back during times when there is no customer in the store. When you ask for shredded cheese he literally takes a pinch with 3 fingers and puts it across a footlong. You have to ask him for 2x extra cheese for it to be a regular amount. Alot of times the shredded cheese has meat crumbles in there and not acceptable for a vegetarian. Very disappointing I wonder if the store owner ever stops in to check on this place

  The employee that made my footlong was rude and he very carelessly slopped my footlong together. I will not be coming back here.
