  Service from Estefania was unprofessional and unfriendly. Experience was disappointing. Other customers were affected by it also.

  Where I work I had heard the legends of the terrible service here. I decided to check it out for myself. Upon entry she seemed like a typically unenthused sandwich artist, which I RESPECT, but the man in front of me was visibly frustrated. When my order was taken, it was prepared completely out of order. I asked for the shredded cheese on top of the meat and she said 'too late' didn't ask if I wanted it toasted and threw it in. When it came out, we went through veg. I asked for salt pepper and Oregano and was replied to with 'Salt pepper. What else' I said Oregano? She just said what else again. I gave up. I stood by with my food to watch the next person in line, who she actually yelled at to 'SLOW DOWN AND GO IN ORDER LEFT TO RIGHT'. I thought he would walk away. I will definitely be back for the abuse when the mood strikes me, but the rumors are true. It's all true.

  I don’t normally leave negative reviews but I just had to for this place. I am writing because of my experience with the female worker who was working at 7pm on 1/9/26. I asked for a grilled chicken salad without peppers and there was a bit of a language barrier between us and she did not understand what I wanted (I had it already pulled up on my phone because sometimes it is easier for me to look through the app rather than the menu) so I showed her the salad on the app, and i said this salad just without the peppers please and her tone immediately becomes rather rude and says “the picture is not necessary” and i was like “oh sorry” and so she just asked what i wanted with the chicken which was fine with me. she asked what cheese i wanted and i was unsure right away so i took a few seconds to think and then she actually yells “WHAT KIND OF CHEESE” which is where she lost my respect. I think we both had a little difficulty understanding each other’s accents but i felt i was being more patient with her than she was with me which is not how it should work when you are working customer service.

  So I was at the subway today , just being a normal customer - minus for ordering 🗿the lady looked at me pissed , for asking what I wanted , then she yelled at me when I stopped talking to her for a second. After I Was done ordering , she demanded me to buy chips - when I didn’t want them. After I demanded a bag , she put my sandwich in a bag , and gave me a very pissed look - and threw it at me . Hope she gets fired eventually for this behavior everytime I came there . I’m not coming here again , because this is had happened everytime , this subway sucks thanks (:
