I don’t like giving bad reviews. We’ve order delivery from here a few times. It’s never here at a reasonable time. To add to this, I managed a Jimmy John’s in college. If our store operated like this, we would have closed up. I know Jimmy sold out and doesn’t care anymore, but store owners should. Do better.

We’ve ordered from this JJ’s a few times in the last year and every time has been worse and worse. They make sandwiches wrong, forget sandwiches and this last time- they just (in their words) “straight up forgot to make our order”. No apologies, never. I live a few blocks from this one and it always takes forever to get it delivered. Tried writing in about it but they’re independently owned and the manager clearly doesn’t care that their business is being run poorly. 10/10 do not recommend.
