- JJJTFeb 27, 20261.0Second time at this location, place an order in the app, arrive at store and see bag of food ready and sitting under heat lamps. 3 employees standing around and nobody greets me. Lady finally approached after 3 minutes and hands me my food. She said she was the manager and I explained how that is terrible customer service, as it was the second time happening. She literally rolled her eyes and walked away as she muttered something under her breath. I will never return to this location, staff should be trained on customer service or replaced.
