- NANick AntonyDec 29, 20251.0I ordered my food on the mobile app for pickup. Paid for extra portion of steak which the quantity was small The steak was chewy and overcooked horribly. The rice was dry and crunchy. The only good thing about my meal was sour cream, cheese and lettuce on my bowl and the Pibb Extra I got. Service was horrible asked the guy with a mustache about my meal and acted like it was such a big deal when I was asking about my food which took a few minutes. Then I checked the bag and my cup was not in the bag. When I asked for it the guy behind counter acted like it wasn't part of my order and no communication. I get better service from the bloomington Chipotle off Hennepin Town Road. At least the customer service and food is on point. DO NOT go to this Chipotle. If I could give 0 stars this place would earn it.

I took everything back to chipotle to get a refund and showed them the video and instead of getting an apology. I was told “thank you for letting us know”
