  Quality of food has gone downhill-portions are much smaller. The temperature of all the food was cold and flavorlesss and chips were stale and tasteless.

  Whoever handled the online orders on the night shift on 2/9, made one of the best bowls I’ve ever had. The portion was fantastic!!

  The same male employee who works in the back near the order pickup area is consistently rude, cold, and dismissive. This is not a one-time issue, his behavior is a clear pattern. I did not see a name tag, but he is an Asian male with a small ponytail. On Wednesday, I came to pick up a prepaid DoorDash order. He immediately told me that “someone already picked it up” and refused to help, even after I showed proof that I had not received my order. I explained multiple times that I did not pick it up and asked if the order could be remade or refunded. We went back and forth at least ten times, with him repeating the same statement instead of offering a solution. It was clear the food had been taken, but it was not by me. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he spoke about me to other employees and treated me as if I were lying. Only after continued insistence did he finally remake the order and he dropped the bag on the counter in front of me without any apology or acknowledgment! His attitude is unwelcoming and disrespectful. He seems to be very unhappy with himself or his life and takes it out on customers, which makes the environment uncomfortable. I also want to point out that at many fast food locations, it is common for people to take random pickup orders from shelves. This is a known issue, and I believe he is aware of this. Despite that, he still chose to be dismissive and unprofessional rather than help resolve the situation.

  Service is good, usually clean in here. This is my home Chipotle stop and have had a few issues with being overcharged and/or not receiving items. Will continue to keep coming here since food and service is good, will just have to be more cognizant of their shortcomings and double check payment/food orders.
