I stopped by wanting to get a cappuccino frappe (cooler/blended?) and got a confused look from the staff. When I described it, they said they couldn't do that drink in blended or iced form. When I pointed out the iced option on their menu, they said it was a mistake they hadn't noticed before. Really? I ended up getting an iced mocha, which wasn't that great; a little too sweet and bitter for my taste.
