  This reason for the review is the bagels are awful it made me vomit and choke please do a better job on toasting your bagels it also got me sick when I was there also the bagel got trapped in my esophagus am I esophagus and my lungs and my belly rejected your bagels so as the star reveal judge as I am I have to say one star for the food the service is good atmospheres good but for the bagels I have to say one star I don't want to be mean I'm just saying I don't want anybody in the reviews I don't want to start panicking war for people in the reviews comments I just want their understanding that is all but my review has a reason

  I watched the staff crack raw eggs and then proceeded to grab bagels without washing or changing gloves. Health code violation! Extremely slow customer service too.

  Feel very sorry for the 2 lone people working here today. Need more help. And the store is in need of a good cleaning. Hardly an appetizing environment, i.e.Vents on fridge case caked with dust. Dirty tables, unkept uncleanly appearance throughout. Note to owner - better pay attention or you will soon be out of business.

  Ordered a sandwich and coffee, the bagel was hard like it was 2 days old, the lettuce was soft and wilted with brown spots, there was so much tomato goo on it it was everywhere when I opened it. And the cold brew I ordered I had to wait for after my sandwich was made because the cashier was too busy with his phone and it tasted like it had been made a week ago or more! I will never go back and plan to call and tell them my opinion of their food and how disgustingly filthy the place is which I didn't notice until I had already ordered.

  I live nearby and it's generally dirty and slow but my kids like bagels and it's the only one nearby. Today i ordered two boxes of coffee and two individual bagels for a potluck. It was supposed to be ready for pickup at 940. I got there at 930 and they didn't start making the coffee until 945. After filling one of the two boxes, the girl filling my order disappeared. While i was waiting i ran down to Jerry's to grab something and i saw the girl sitting in the mall hallway with her bf like she was on break. 10min later she came back and made my second box of coffee. $50 for coffee and i ended up being 30min late to my event because of it. Nobody seems to care if customers are waiting - nobody looks up from what they're doing. Very disappointing service.
