Today i ordered two boxes of coffee and two individual bagels for a potluck. It was supposed to be ready for pickup at 940. I got there at 930 and they didn't start making the coffee until 945. After filling one of the two boxes, the girl filling my order disappeared. While i was waiting i ran down to Jerry's to grab something and i saw the girl sitting in the mall hallway with her bf like she was on break. 10min later she came back and made my second box of coffee. $50 for coffee and i ended up being 30min late to my event because of it. Nobody seems to care if customers are waiting - nobody looks up from what they're doing. Very disappointing service.

Today, I got a blueberry bagel (not toasted) and the thing was a leather boot. Not even kidding, I had to shake my head like a dog to get a bite outta this thing. It was surprising someone grabbed that one, cut through it and still decided it was okay to serve. I said screw it, accepting the fact that it was just a bad batch and I could get over one bad experience.. I got about 5 bites in and discovered a dark medium length hair. Safe to say I was done after that. And it has made me a little turned off from the spot. The staff here is really great, its just left me feeling kind of icky about the location
