Little cramped due to location inside a strip mall, and I don't like that you can't order ahead from the app, but the wait is never very long and the staff are always friendly. Food is consistent, and bagels are fresh and have good texture. Plenty of seating inside the mall area if there isn't room inside the store, and it's often quieter there anyway.
