  Last time we were at this location was 8 months ago. Things were not any better. Had a new hire doing the sandwiches and the other 2 guys were in the back having their dominos pizza. This was on 11/02/2025 at around 4pm. I do not fault the new hire I fault the other help for not being up there to help him out. Music was blaring. No management around at all. Ordered the 5 meat italian sub and did not receive any roast beef on the sandwich. Yes the guy was using the cards but someone should have been watching him. We as customers should not have to stare constantly to make sure the sandwiches are made the right way. And considering my sub cost $15 this is unacceptable. Did leave a tip but we should not have to tip at all. Mcdonalds, Burger King, Caines, etc. do not require a tip. I do know this is the last time going to this location. Dominoes right beside them has the same issues and that is why we won't go there any longer either. Subway used to be really good with customer service and their products but those days are long gone. To be honest if the place was busy I would be more sympathetic but considering we were the only ones in that place and 2 guys were to busy with their pizza in the back this is not how you run a business !!!!!!!

  Today is Thursday October 9th 2025 I ordered at 7:25 pm. The guy who was working was incredibly unprofessional, rude and downright aggressive. He needs to be re-trained or … honestly there’s no helping this kid, daddy definitely wasn’t around... I went in and there was 1 person ahead of me ordering two subs, I myself was ordering two subs. One older man and two other couples walked in after me and that’s it. This guy, with really bad tattoos gets visibly upset and vocal. It got very uncomfortable and he said out loud, I’m not getting out of here until 10:30” it’s 7:25 dinner rush mind you and they close at 9:30. He started aggressively opening and closing things and after every thing I asked for on my sub he would say, “is that it” in a manner of rushing and just making me uncomfortable. If you don’t believe me please pull the cameras. This dude needs to stop making subs if it upsets him so much and maybe do a different job. I’m not sure what else honestly he’s absolutely cooked.
