  Horrible experience. The workers there don’t care when your standing waiting by the counter they’ll just look at you and ignore you and you’ll just be there for 5-10 minutes or more. I’ve been here several times but today was my last straw. I usually order mobile because it’s easier and convenient for all parties involved. I ordered it and went to the bathroom and I was waiting for my order for like 15 minutes I waited by the counter for another 5 and then when someone finally came to see what I wanted I asked about my order and this rude lady i’m assuming she might be a manager or supervisor she’s always kinda rude and passive agressive but she was especially worse today. She pointed at the pickup window and it was only my small drink when I ordered a meal so I asked where the rest of my order was and she said that’s your order and I was like No I have a meal too and she had the receipt in her hand and was like yea that’s your order.. no that’s just my drink? I told her I also ordered a mcchicken and she can check the receipt in her hand. Then she said someone took it so I was like oh okay, so what now? and then she said I should’ve waited in front of it? I’m sorry this is a lobby we are allowed to wait and sit down not have to watch our food like a halk because the workers refuse to call out the order numbers. Then she tried shoving my drink and said this is my order and I was so confused and I asked if I could get a refund or something. And she didn’t wanna give it to me or even remake it. Then started talking to her a coworker in spanish I believe she was asking if he saw me take it, I think she was assuming that I stole it and was trying to get another meal… Then later reluctantly went to make a new one and said next time I have to stand by the pick up area or else if someone takes it it’s gone and there’s nothing they can do about it. Which is wrong? That’s not the policy the store is responsible for that. They used to have a window attached so people wouldn’t be able to just grab the food and would have to wait for staff behind the counter to give it to them, now they removed it and want to blame us for other people stealing? No other establishment ever does this, they usually always remake it. They are just so unprofessional here and so rude, I understand working fast food is hard but I am always nice when I come here. I wipe down my table before I eat and then I clean up after my self. I see how others leave this restaurant and I am not one of those customers and she knows this so to be so passive aggressive and condescending everytime she interacts with me, especially now for her own negligence is so wrong.

  Went there lights were on drive thru was opened but no one in the restaurant most of us customers went to door after sitting in drive thru for 10-15 minutes doors were locked. Looked open but no one in there. I’m really sick of this location horrible always something wrong. So I had to drive further in the snow to get my son McNuggets. This place is a joke can never keep employees

  Ordered a hot latte at 5 am and got a cold cup of what tasted like literally cold coffee not Happy and the cup was literally not even full.
