  22 cars went through the drive thru before my order came out and it still was missing a diet coke.

  Want your drive-through order taken in a timely manner and get what you ordered? You're at the wrong McDonalds. This is the one where the people with the head sets on are too busy doing other things to get around to you and actually listen to what you are saying. Or like the last guy, just barks "okay, you're good" without putting it on the screen and I get the wrong food. I live a half-mile from this place and I've stopped going there because I'm done with driving away to find that what they've given me isn't what I ordered.

  Sweet tea not sweet and manager argues its sweet enough.... fish filet made sloppy. Half tartar sauce on carton and not sandwich. I won't go back to this location as the management's lack of care rubs off on employees and their lack of trying to make things right....

  Nice McDonalds. Staff are nice and food is always hot and fresh. I wish they had a drink refill station.

  I ordered a Big Arch through the McDonald’s app and asked to add bacon, which I was charged $2.39 for. When I checked the burger, it didn’t have the bacon I paid for, and it also had tomato, even though the Big Arch is not supposed to come with tomato.
