I say good, thank him, then order a crunch wrap with no tomatoes. I hear the line crew talking smack in the background about it 🤣 I try to complete my order but can't they can't seem to understand me over the shit talk. I ask them if they know that I can hear them in the background and a female voice comes on and says "Yep". The original guy asks if I want anything else... Yeah. I left, went to the other Eagan Taco Bell and tipped them $10. Hope it continues to be funny for you!

However, if you order online for in-store pickup, don't expect to be in and out because your food is behind the counter and they hardly pay attention to walk-ins. But if you opt for drive-thru pickup you might get stuck behind a single-file line of cars. They really take the gas out of ordering online, but rest assured, the gas from the burritos remains

Without saying anything about it they swapped it for the cinnamon twists, if you're out of something say so and ask if I'd like a different menu item. Very disappointed. Oh yeah my taco was broken and cold. My wife's burrito had way too much sour cream and was bursting out the sides with it. To make it worse we weren't given any napkins to clean up after theat issue. Please look further into the poor service we received to ight. Please address these issues.
