  Awful experience all around. The place smells sour when you walk in. And tonight I walked in said hello to the guy and he just looked at me like he was annoyed to see me. The food looks really old and expired. I honestly hope they get new employees because this was just disgusting

  If I could give this subway a zero I would, HORRIBLE and I mean horrible customer service. I rarely give fast food chains ratings but I came in today (12/26) at around 8 ish. My friend and I waited a few minutes to even be helped, my friend greeted the employee and was completely IGNORED. He then repeated himself and was still ignored, it was as if the employee was deaf. When ordering the employee would not acknowledge my friend at all acting like he didn’t know how to speak and it was all very very disrespectful. I feel like racism played a part in this because my friend is a black male, and when I addressed the employee he acknowledged me. He deliberately ignored what my friend was saying making everyone’s lives difficult when he could have just been doing his job and serving us kindly like he gets paid to do. DONT GO HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE!!!! I get it if he was having a bad day but to be this disrespectful to paying customers is beyond me. My friend DREW out how he wanted his sauce on the sandwich and told him what he did not want, the employee then did EXACTLY what he did not want and sighed like we were the problem when my friend got upset. The store was empty there was absolutely NO REASON to be this rude. He didn’t know how to use words or respond to anything my friend was saying like just completely silent. Please do not go here, the service is horrible

  When I went on Sunday 11/30, the worker around 8:15pm said I couldn’t order, he had locked the door (he was outside smoking). I convinced him to let me order because the store didn’t close for 1.5 more hours. I had a free footlong coupon and he had no idea how to redeem it. The proceeded to tell me I couldn’t dine in. I sat in my car and ate, watched him lock the doors from inside then go into the back. Watched two other customers come and try to go in but he didn’t move. Worst service ever he deserves to be fired. I have been going to subway 3+ years.

  You know what? If you don't want to be open until 22:00, that's perfectly fine and understandable. But don't say on your website "We're open until 10:00PM!" and then be closed when people show up BEFORE 21:30. AND the stupid neon sign said OPEN when they were closed!
