- CKChris KasperJan 2, 20261.0I went in to order a meal with my gift card. The subway employee took my order but, forgot almost every ingredient after I said it so I had to repeat myself several times. When we got down to the payment, she THEN told me she couldn't take my Subway Gift Card. She text her supervisor who told her not to take the order so, I also talked with the supervisor, who is also the owner, and explained that now there is a fully made sandwich (wasted ingredients) and I have also wasted my time trying to get dinner before I had to be somewhere. She didn't offer to comp it like most places due to time lost, she just kept apologizing. If your systems don't work, TELL CUSTOMERS THAT BEFORE THEY ORDER!!! I will be making a complaint to corporate on a terribly run location!

I thought people didn’t care about customers anymore but he proved me wrong. I will for sure be coming back and hopefully be met with this type of customer service again.
