They were suppose to remake me a sandwich because they forgot add bacon to it I come back and they were charging me for the bacon

Was told the screaming loud goth music was okay and if I didn’t like it don’t need to come to jimmy johns!!! Good thing jimmy johns is the only place in Eagan. Plus I will be posting this very locally!!!

I asked for extra hot peppers and I literally only got 5 pieces of it and I asked for pickles and didn’t have any on my sandwich. There are other jimmy johns in the area that will actually make the sandwich you asked for.

I'm usually not huge on sandwich shops (like subway) unless I need something fast, and I'd never had JJ before, but I quite liked the speed, helpfulness in choosing my sandwich and general overall service. I only gave the food a four cuz sandwiches aren't my first choice, anywhere, but that's personal preference and not to say it's low quality or anything.
