  Came to watch the Cowboys game, and had the host sit us where we could watch it. An hour in and someone asked that the tv I was watching the Cowboys on be changed to the Vikings game, even though the Vikings game was literally on the next tv 3 feet over. I asked that the tv 3 feet over be changed to the Cowboys game, and was told that the manager said he won’t change it. Kinda crappy if you ask me.

  Ordered through BWs website for delivery . They messed up the order. We didn’t get our food correctly and were missing stuff as well. This was on the store not the driver let me be clear the order was not made correctly and they wrote right on the ticket that there were no drinks as well . I called nobody picked up . I called again and a crew member listened to the issue and said let me get a manger . I explained again and the manger said ok let me get this refunded it takes a few days he said . Cool problem resolved other than the crappy dinner that we had to share now because it wasn’t all there . $41 plus $8 dollar tip dollar order and they refunded $10 . If you are going to try to pull something not once but twice on me you will never get my business again . Could of made it right and I would of been back mistakes happen , poor service and cheap tricks never again

  Paid for 20 boneless wings. Got 10. Needless to say I will not be returning and I'll be disputing the charge
