The cashier gives me 3 paper cups with flimsy lids and tells me to go fill out the cups from the dispensers in the back myself. I asked for a tray to hold the 3 cups, as I was driving in a car with the dog and wanted for the cups to be secured. Was told they are out of trays, but I can go to a store next door, they might have one. I then asked for a refund on my coffee. The cashier was not trained on refunds. The manager kept throwing evil eye at me until I had to call her and ask for a refund. Waited for 30 mins for 13 sliced bagels. Watched one of the workers pick up a dirty paper towel from the floor and then go directly to prep food, all without gloves or washing hands. The other worker dug in her eye for a while, then continued with food prep, also no gloves. Watched the worker slicing my bagels, luckily he was hygienic. Yeah, the bagels are good, but this is a chain... the whole place is gross
- JFJ FOct 1, 20252.0I stopped in on Wednesday the 1st of October to pick up some bagels for a wedding weekend. I asked 3 everything bagels, 2 onion 5 plain and 3 blueberry. I arrived home and I ended up with 3 everything, 2 onion and the rest plain. I was the only customer in the store at the time, it was a pretty simple order and yet it was messed up. I gotta say i'm super disappointed in the young lady that completed my order.She heard me clearly, and so did the manager that was at the register. I'm sure it was a long day, however, a simple straightforward order should be easy to do even at closing.
