Nothing less, nothing more. Meanwhile, there were 8 employees working, three of them continuously stopping to help organize two online orders. The cashier who told us the order would be 20 minutes gave no other explanation other than there were a lot of customers. While two of their customers had received the same info and left. There were a handful of sets of customers that had already been served and only one family actively waiting for an order. Very disappointed in the service and direction of this store. Just wanted a bagel.

Waited in my car for 15-20 minutes and the store still was not open? After they opened I went in and they were out of pretty much everything, so I left. Disappointed to say the least.
