Waited 5 minutes before we got waited on and they knew we were there they could see us We were the only ones there. Seem like they were out of a lot on the menu or said they couldn't make them. When my son asked for a Sundae Royale they told him they couldn't make it cuz it wasn't in their computer system to charge for. So I asked if they could just make it up and charge for each item separately and she said no that was illegal. Be at that's how she made my Sunday. there was three of them in there working and they all were rude and to top it off we were in there at 7:30 and online it said they don't close till 9:00 but they were already shutting all the lights off and closing up. And when I asked for spoons the lady glared at me and then went and got them. I wish we had read the reviews before we went there.

Big thanks and you guys will have customers for life now!

A simple scoop on top of very old & stale cone (hardly no ice cream inside the cone) and still no Rocky Road! McDonald's is honestly so much better... Interesting with all the negative comments, no one from BR has responded.... Won't ever go again....

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
