- SBSam brownDec 19, 20251.0I’m writing this with genuine disappointment. I went through the drive-through at Arby’s and ordered a roast beef sandwich. While eating it, I discovered a slice of a tooth inside my sandwich. This was extremely upsetting and concerning from a food safety standpoint. I bit down on it, and it went in between two of my teeth and was very hard, which immediately made me stop eating. It was a frightening experience and left me feeling sick and shaken. I understand mistakes can occur, but finding something like this in food is serious and should be addressed to prevent it from happening again. It really affected my trust in the quality control at this location. I’m hoping management and corporate will take this issue seriously and follow up appropriately. I would appreciate being contacted regarding this experience.

If you want bubble sewer guts as a fun lunch side trip, go to this Arby’s. Do not go to this location, honestly just don’t go to any Arby’s they just don’t care about quality of food or service anymore.
