  My donuts don't be soft taste like it been sit for a while I ask what just came out the oven they say all it stay fresh all day. All lies I guess the best time is in the morning

  Everytime I come in to get a drink it’s always made incorrectly. I stopped ordering vanilla foam because they never put it in my drink. The drinks are a hit or miss. I’m very disappointed.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. My daughter wanted to try the strawberry banana refresher that was being advertised. When we attempted to order, the employee at the speaker responded rudely and told us to come to the window. When I approached the window, the employee immediately asked if I spoke Spanish and began speaking loudly and aggressively, trying to explain the available refreshers with a very unprofessional attitude. I calmly asked why the advertised drink was not available, and she simply responded, “I don’t know,” without offering any help or solution. We then asked if someone else could assist us. Another employee said she could help, but at that point, a different staff member began laughing and making fun of her, creating an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. The employee who offered to help then walked away. When I asked for the name of the employee to file a formal complaint, I was told “I don’t know,” and the employee responded in a dismissive and inappropriate manner. Overall, the level of customer service was unacceptable. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. This experience was especially disappointing as I was there with my daughter, and no customer should be treated this way. I hope this issue is addressed and that staff receive proper training on respectful communication and customer service.

  I am a woman of color and I was treating very disrespectfully and dismissively. I had to repeat my order 3-4 times and employees threw drink carrier at me. I will NEVER be coming to this location again 💯💯💯
