    I handed the cashier my gift card to pay for my coffee. She stated I owed 8 more dollars! She had accidentally used my gift card on the order behind me. She apologized and said she was new. I told her no worries. We've all been new at some point! They took down my phone and email to get my balance back on my gift card. I called back a week later. They knew nothing but would look into it. Called back a week later. Spoke to district manager. Waited another week. Nothing. Called back a other week later. Nothing had been even looked into. They finally agreed to put some back on my gift card. I agreed but said I would not be going back to that store. The manager proceeded to raise his voice stating that "I" was hurting his store's business! No, it's not about the money at all. It's about having integrity and following up with the customer when you say you will. I heard the young girl quit that same day. I think she did the right thing.

    I was there around 10:45, I ordered croissant with egg only..and you added bacon! Why?!think about someone going to work..and thinking about having a good breakfast!! And u r not paying attention to what customer ordered!

    Just waited 15 minutes AND OVERPAID for a completely incorrect order. Cut our losses and just left. Seriously dissatisfied and disappointed. We will not be back.
