Just leaving Eagan DQ for the second time this spring and leaving feeling jipped. apparently a small cone no longer gets you a fully filled cone. Only a skinny stack that fills the bare minimum of the cone on back to back visits with different staff so I believe this is the instruction from management. Having paid $3.50 for what I got is a shame. BOTH visits. Just make a smaller sized cone if you want to get in on shrinkflation but not even filling the cone the bare minimum is blatantly gross. WONT BE BACK

Andrea, the young manager working tonight, seriously needs some serious coaching or better yet, a reality check. I went through the drive-thru and ordered 4 chicken tenders with a large fry upgrade. I pull forward, open the box in the parking spot, and there are literally a handful of sad, lonely fries rattling around in there. Like, embarrassingly few. I eat my food anyway, figure I’ll just politely mention it to the manager when I swing back through for my ice cream.
Big mistake.
This girl straight-up calls me a liar to my face. “We would NEVER send out a box like that,” she snaps, acting like I’m trying to scam free fries or something. I calmly explain, “Look, I’m not lying. I’m not asking for free stuff—I just paid for a large fry and barely got any. Thought you’d want to know.” Her response? “There’s nothing I can do because I know we wouldn’t send a box out like that.”
Are you kidding me? She doubled down, accused me of making it up, and basically told me to pound sand. I was so stunned and pissed off that I still went ahead and bought my $8 Blizzard like an idiot probably the last one I’ll ever buy from this location.
Zero accountability. Zero customer service. Just straight disrespect and gaslighting from the manager on duty. I’ve been a regular, but after this? I’m done. Not sure why anyone would keep coming back to a place that treats paying customers like this.
Fix your management, or keep losing business. Your choice.

This specific Dairy Queen blows all other ones out of the water. We drive further out of our way to go here. Always quick and friendly service.

We always go this DQ and it’s always been pleasant, but tonight we went and ordered as usual. After we were done ordering and said thank you the lady almost mocked us in a weird tone saying it back. I don’t know if she thought the mic was off and it was odd but then as we went to the window the lady could barely contain herself laughing with her coworkers as they were trying to give us the order, and they just kept staring at us and laughing and talking while the window was closed. It was honestly really rude and threw us off. I decided to call and spoke with the closing manager and it really didn’t seem like she cared at all I believe she could’ve been a part of it too considering it was later in the night. I get its a bunch of teens working and they’re having a good time, but not by making fun of your customers.

Whoever was taking drive thru orders was extremely impatient and rude for absolutely no reason.
