  It’s sad because i actually like this chipotle. But the closing crew doesn’t seem to care much about anything. A couple days back i got half a bawl (all items were there) so brushed it off since it was closing time and figured they were out of supplies. Now today i ordered a tofu bowl since i’m allergic to chicken. They gave me a chicken bowl and no guac (which i had asked for on my order). I went to the store to make it right but instead was treated like i was the dumb one that wasn’t supposed to ask for the right order smh.

  It's all made to order. How can you go wrong? Ask for the vinaigrette if you get a salad. You also have to ask for lime juice if you like. I get salads so they go great together.

  From the Chipotle I go to with my friend this was a big improvement. We were in the area and happened to stop in to grab a bite. The food looked fresh (again compared to where we are used to go to) and they gave you good portions it seemed like. Only thing was the employees ignored you. I will say the place looked pretty clean and they were wiping tables when we were there. I’m not a fan of Chipotle food but I just go there with my friends since they like it.

  DO NOT ORDER PICKUP OR DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION unless you want, incorrect/missing items, sloppy presentation of said incorrect items, and lousy customer service. This location constantly continues to send out incorrect food to people for the years I've been hearing about it but I've had enough of giving this location a chance. I'm not one to write negative reviews, in fact, this is my first! But the attitude of the workers having to do the basics of their job when I bother to go in is astonishing when it's followed up by incorrect orders! This is not my first burdening issue with this location but today they got all 3 separate entree orders wrong while having the correct stickers on the items! The incompetence of the employees at this location is so miserable that I'm not quite sure how higher management hasn't stepped in, considering how uptight corporate has gotten. If you unfortunately suffer a common yet burdening issue at this location, don't expect general customer service to do any justice. I got one free drink reward for 10+ dollars I wasted on items I didn't receive yet paid extra for. This is the worst chipotle in the area so please, save your money and go to one of the other 20 taco/burrito places in eagan!
