- MMMeg4 days ago1.0The drive-through versus mobile split is very inefficient. If that’s a corporate idea, as a franchise owner, I would be seriously pushing back. Service is not as good as it used to be. I’m not sure if that’s a training issue or just the quality of people that they are hiring. We won’t be back.
- JJJason5 days ago1.0I’m really disappointed with my recent experience. The customer service was terrible and came across as rude and dismissive from the start. The drive-thru staff didn’t greet me or show any basic courtesy, which made the interaction feel cold and unwelcoming. To make matters worse, I could see employees visibly swearing while working, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable as a customer. I’ve always associated this place with higher standards and a respectful atmosphere, especially given its reputation as a Christian-based establishment. Unfortunately, this visit did not reflect those values at all. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both professionalism and customer experience.

- PPPMar 14, 20261.0I’ve visited this location on numerous occasions over the past 3 years and there has been nothing short of issues from missing food, food being made incorrectly multiple times, to questionable employee behavior. Without fail something is always made wrong or missing from the order, to the point that I will drive across town to Apple Valley for their service even though this location is about 5 minutes or less from me.
