  I ordered food on Sunday at night I had jalapeño bites those were pretty good then I bit into my sandwich and there was a mustache hair or something on my food it grossed me out I threw away my such a waste of my money normally don’t eat here like that, gave it a try and just like I thought huge disappointment have not called and complained yet but hopefully I can get a full refund

  I’m writing this with genuine disappointment. I went through the drive-through at Arby’s and ordered a roast beef sandwich. While eating it, I discovered a slice of a tooth inside my sandwich. This was extremely upsetting and concerning from a food safety standpoint. I bit down on it, and it went in between two of my teeth and was very hard, which immediately made me stop eating. It was a frightening experience and left me feeling sick and shaken. I understand mistakes can occur, but finding something like this in food is serious and should be addressed to prevent it from happening again. It really affected my trust in the quality control at this location. I’m hoping management and corporate will take this issue seriously and follow up appropriately. I would appreciate being contacted regarding this experience.

  Chill place to come in and eat at, tried a gyro Greek meal and it was great! For sure will recommend this spot to other,great team to :)
