  I normally have good experiences at the west Duluth location but tonight was absolutely horrible. The app wasn’t working, I was trying to talk to the kid on the speaker phone he said I needed a manager and to pull around, I get to first window he hands me receipts and shuts the window no direction doesn’t explain so I pull to next window talking to another team member she couldn’t help me so finally a manager comes and she was rude and unprofessional. She wanted me to explain what was going on I’m trying to explain she keeps trying to argue with me I ask can I just buy the large fry and small sprite cause this is ridiculous. Wouldn’t let me. She wanted to keep arguing. She told me I was rude. Im like I wanted to purchase this 10 minutes ago and you won’t let me I just want the items and to leave. I showed her proof of the app and what it was doing and how it took points and how it now said I was over my max for the day cause they had me refresh it. The code wasn’t working but yet it deducted points off the app. My 9 year old was hungry and wanted a large fry which I had a free one on my app. After a line grew and she wouldn’t stop arguing I asked her for her name she absolutely refused to give me her name after the 4th time she said her name is McKayla. I don’t know if this is really her name or not cause she was not wearing a badge. She said you can just have the stuff. I’m like I was willing to pay for it 10 minutes ago and said it over and over again and you wouldn’t let me. This so called manager is unprofessional, argumentative even when I had a solution to just purchase the items, it was an awful experience. If this is how she is allowed to treat your customers, you’ll be losing a lot of people cause she the absolute worst manager! No costumer service skills! This was between 6:30pm and 7:00pm 4/6/26 west Duluth McDonald’s

  This place needs to be checked out. Like investigated by McDonald's. There's an employee walking around with a jersey on nothing else showing where he works. They messed up my order and coworkers. One employee just asked to go to lunch and got sent home! Management needs to get their stuff together. As a customer none of that should be seen from my view or ears.

  This young dirty blonde lady was very rude to me. She was so snotty for one and for two she didn’t have a good attitude in the first place. This lady didn’t give me the right order and then was being rude and mumbling things under her breath when she walked away, overall hated the experience because of this young lady. Need to change the attitude of this worker. I never had a bad experience until her.
