Saturday March 21. Ordered 4 burgers, and their always generous medium fries. Was told by extewmely rude, order taker "keep talking and the wait will be even longer." Then told "40 minutes" with only a single order and a 4 burger order ahead of me. Only took about 15 minutes, but I get home to my family (4 people) and we each got 4-5 fries apiece and that was it. For $5.99!!!!! The burgers were great, but "horrible" service. And don't even ask me about the guy in the back kitchen blowing his nose.

My wife stopped and grabbed food to go. Gets home and we realized our order is missing bacon and the fries don’t match the size we paid for. She calls the store and speaks with the manager. She tells him about the problem and he says “ take a picture “ and immediately says nevermind, you will just take the bacon off ( clearly calling my wife a liar ). He then says to drive back for new food and my wife says she’s not doing that we live too far away. She was calling them to just make them aware of the mistake really. She tells the manager that she understands they were short staffed and things happen. We own a restaurant an get it. He then processed to tell my wife “ oh well I own a restaurant downtown too “ ( in a smug tone ) he then says well I know how this is going to go so have a a nice day and hangs up on my wife. So we drove back up now to demand an apology for disrespecting my wife. We enter the store and he immediately recognizes her. Comes over grinning like this is a joke. Says my wife hung up on him , he did nothing wrong. That my wife was “ being mean to him “ I told him he had no right to disrespect my wife and that I have no problem telling everyone that he’s disrespectful to women and he just says go ahead I’ll just call the cops and have you trespassed. No need , I’ll never spend a dime in the store again. I’ve never seen a manager treat someone like this. This would have cost nothing to make this situation right but instead his ego was more important than my wife’s respect. Kicker is , I drove semi for 23yrs and delivered all the food to this location for years. I always would spread the word to people that they should eat here , and now I will say nothing of the sort.
