- NJnazal jaylaniJan 23, 20261.0called asking if i could have a sauce swapped out and the counter person went from saying that it would be a upcharge (which i have no problem with) to saying that it’s been suddenly sold out for days and i can’t get it at all… which was odd because my partner said he got some literally earlier that day…. i used to be able to swap out sauces for no upcharge but the counter worker was extremely rude and condescending! i tried to refund my order from both over the phone and online but it wouldn’t allow me to… overall they usually have great food and good service but whoever was on the phone was extremely disrespectful.
