I think this is my first time ever reviewing a restaurant. I think this might have been some of, if not the worst, service I've ever had. I should be clear from the beginning that nobody was rude to me, so at least this location has that going for it. However, there was absolutely zero urgency in completing my, or anyone else's, food order. I seriously wondered if there was something wrong with the first guy because of how slow and confused he seemed to be. My food was cold because they didn't start over after having to wait close to 10 minutes for more steak to finish (to be clear, I didn't mind having to wait for fresh steak, but the tortilla, rice, and beans just sat on the counter the whole time). The steak was not cooked properly. I know some people like their steak rare, but this was closer to blue rare; maybe they cut it sooner than usual to try and accommodate me faster? When the guy working on the steak brought some portions up front for my order, the guy at the counter helped two more groups (I think a single person, and a group of three people) before returning to my order. The next guy at the counter handling the salsas and other ingredients had his rather large stomach resting on the counter, and gave the smallest portions I've ever received at a restaurant like this. And to top it all off, none of the staff smiled even once. As someone who spent over a decade as a server, I understand how miserable this kind of job can be. As such, I make it a point to be smiling and cheerful when I greet restaurant workers to try and make their jobs easier. None of these workers wanted to be there, and they made no effort to hide that.
My other visits here have been pretty average, so maybe this crew received some really bad news earlier in the day (I ordered on 11-23-25 at around 7:30PM), but I cannot remember ever receiving such poor service and poor quality food at the same time.

Unprofessional female cashiers will have private conversations right in your face. No greeting or any type of professionalism, but have the nerve to request tips on the card machine.
Food is great. Cashiers need some retraining.

I don’t like to give bad rating but I will point out the obvious. So the amount they give for mobile orders and delivery is not the same amount they give in person. I’m sure they’re trained to do it this way but still at least try to not make it so obvious.

Ordered food for our office. Order was for 10 people. there was maybe enough food for 5 people. Ordered two meats. Only received one and was then told there was nothing they could do about it. Had to ask if we could get the meat we paid for. The total bill was 208$ for 5 bowls of qdoba. If you are going to order do not cater. just buy individual bowls. Food is good, which is the disappointment. queso, guacamole, meat, were all very flavorful.

The staff is rude, the food is not fresh, and the place is not clean. The portion size of the food they offer is small compared to other Qdoba. When you ask for more of something, you get told you'll have to pay extra with a rude attitude.
