Customer paying for their pizza at around 5:25 pm watched the staff touch cheese then put hands in mushrooms then set pizza aside, proceeded to grab another crust, put sauce on it, scratch beard while talking to another staff than place his hands in the cheese and mushrooms again. When requesting a refund we were told only a store credit of $15 was optional from store staff and manager Zachary who called from a no caller ID number. This was the Pizza Hut located on grand ave in Duluth, Mn
