Just ordered today a big mac meal and medium mocha frappe. HOW DO YOU MAKE A FRAPPE WARM AND HAVE THE CONSISTENCY OF KWIK TRIPS CHOCOLATE MILK. Also fries were cold to the touch, bottom bun was replaced with the middle bun on the big mac. the big mac had the texture of biting into leather, not sure if it was left in a warmer for too long or what they did. Go to any other McDonalds in Duluth.

No more fill your own soda or ketchup.very cold and uninviting atmosphere.Got my food when I realized I needed ketchup.Since no get your own ketchup anymore I went up to counter and asked for some.i said can I please get a few ketchup to which I was told "we dont have any ketchup"i stood there a moment and then said u have no ketchup and was told no ketchup packets.i worked at mcdonalds I realized has to be on burger so I asked for ketchup in a cup he looked like he didn't want to get it for me but then after a long pause said sure just a minute.it took 7 mins to get this tiny splat of ketchup on a pop cover.i got back to my food which was cold by now.not just the atmosphere cold so was the air.needless to say I will not be returning to this mcdonalds and will not recommend it to anyone either.
