  Yavaşlar. Sehirde bildigim iki mcdonalds var ve burası gerçekten aşırı yavaş fakat ben çalışanları suçlamıyorum cunku iceri girerseniz tum ekiplerinin çocuklardan oluştuğunu görecekseniz. Bunu müdürlerin ucuza insan calistirmak için yaptigini ve sadece cocuklari ise aldigini dusunuyorum.

  Quite possibly the worst McDonalds in Duluth. I would have more sympathy if more stores were like this, but no. It’s just this McDonald’s. Over 20 minute wait for 1 meal. And then once you get the food it’s cold. Then you see nothing but everyone standing around not doing anything. They seriously need to keep this place shut down. Or fire all the employees and hire ones that are competent.

  This place is really wild. Dirty, slow, you don’t get what you ordered/paid for. I submitted to that feedback form they keep suggesting on here but did not hear anything back. No offer for a refund for the two items that I paid of and never received, no nothing. We are at the public shaming phase of this. My 9 year old wanted to thank you for the happy meal with no toy too. Really made her day. While you are “cleaning” that place for a month now, you might as well move the soda machines back into the lobby while you are at it.

  Ordered on the app. Set it for drive through pick up. Pulled up to box gave them the "code" they said yep pull to the window, was given my receipt and next window was given my drinks and asked to pull forward, 5 cars in front of me, one after another they received their food and left. I waited about ten minutes finally I really needed to leave at that point having been there for 15 minutes and needing to move on , finally a young woman came out and said they had lost my order. Not sure how you can lose an order after it was confirmed at the box, given a receipt for it and then given the drinks for it. Then it disappeared? When I called the manager (because obviously I ordered and paid for food. After explaining he said I could come back and get a 'free meal card' I was actually hungry when I ordered. I explained I was headed out of town now as I had delayed myself too long already. I asked for the general manager or the franchisee to call me. He declined and became angry and barking at me. Zero professionalism, zero customer care or concern. As long as they have your money they don't care.

  Used the app to place an order at 10:58pm pulled into Drive up 10:59 waited 2 min no crew member helped me, pulled around started to show the girl at the window my app order at 10:58 was ignored, when she finally acknowledged me there was told to cancel order they were closed, even though I was there before closing. Her attitude was poor. Being a GM of a local business I would never accept that from my employees.
