  So just waited an hour for a toasted sandwich that arrived soggy and cold. My lunch break was over by the time they got here. Freaky slow and poor service. Will not be eating here again.

  Ordered a giant roast beef sandwich, worst tasting sandwich I've ever ate. Don't recommended ordering it toasted. Also ordered 2 other sandwiches and 1 of them they wrote no mayo and put no mayo on it and added cucumbers that weren't wanted. I've always liked Jimmy John's but this is the worst I've ever had.

  Can't comment on anything but the 1 hour delivery time. Toasted sandwich was soggy and gross. Other 2 sandwiches weren't cool even when we got the food. We've ordered from this store many times. Doubt that we will make that mistake again.
