I gave service a 3 star only because I had a gift card and employee did not know how to process them, nor gave any effort to ask another employee who may know. So I didn't get to use it. Guess I will try again next time wishing better luck. Still love the place regardless. Also great variety of drinks.

Another employee appeared out of the back, made 1 order and disappeared again. I was there waiting for 45 minutes, two other couples were there longer than me. 1 order got made in 45 min. Meanwhile, 10 cuatomers piled up at the register and they were not even acknowledging by employees or had their orders taken for over 15 min.
