There’s been many of times where I’ve had rude service and been yelled at for the store own mistakes. Today I thought I would try once again at this location. I ordered the new toxic ex-presso drink. They give me the drink it’s not mixed and the chocolate cold foam not there. I understand running out of a product, but changing it AFTER I paid, AND not asking if a substitution is okay is bad customer service. I should have been refunded for a drink made poorly and incorrectly, but yet I wasn’t.
