- PPPersonJan 27, 20261.0The quality of restaurants in Duluth have gone downhill so bad. Placed an order for delivery and was originally told it was a 40 minute wait, okay fine. Ended up taking over an hour and 30 minutes to receive my food, which was cold by the time it arrived. Wasn’t given a receipt and when I tried to call back it went to voicemail every time. You really shouldn’t use your websites pizza tracker if you’re going to claim it doesn’t work ever. Said my pizza came out of the oven and sat there for over 30 minutes until it left the store. Highly disappointed in this store specifically.

I felt completely disrespected. Coming from someone who used to manage, that is not how you treat customers, that’s how you lose them. You signed up for that position, simply do your job respectfully or find a new career. You do not treat customers that way!!!
