It’s extremely embarrassing the work ethic and the behavior of these employees at this location. It’s like a joke, everytime I’ve gone people are extremely frustrated about something and the workers have very poor work ethic. Idk how these people get hired.

We ended waiting 45 minutes for our food and there were several other people in there waiting for mobile orders and several people were walking out empty handed. While waiting, they had a worker clock out for his break. After asking again for our food we had found out it was sitting there. They knew we were sitting there waiting for our food but never said anything to us or called out names. The place is also disgusting and needs to be cleaned. Garbages overflowing, trash all over the floor, crumbs everywhere. Will not be visiting again.

Employees ignore you if you ask questions. Edited to add: placed a mobile order, arrived at pick up time given and which was 7:40om. Did not get my God until 815 and order was wrong. So many people were walking out. This place needs management to step in.

Then had to wait again to even pay because no one was there to help, i never recieved a reciept she just walked away from me. Floor was messy in the back (worse than just the little bits that fall when prepping), tables were dirty. This location used to be great, its not anymore. Was not worth my $15 burrito.

And if people aren’t there right away to pick up orders they leave them behind the counter and don’t call names out for them. I’ve had fast food experience similar to chipotle and the only reason I think it is this bad is due to having poor management. The employees ignore customers who are waiting every time I come in. They would rather pick at small issues behind the counter than help customers.
