  Haven't been in here for a while now. I'm disappointed again! The server was so cheap with the servings it was crazy! That's the last time I'm coming in here! Slow service, the associate was so unhelpful it was pathetic. Plus he must have been sick, he was constantly yawning and wiping his nose over my food as he was putting it in the bowl. It affects all customers. Why can't you guys get it right! He used old corn shells instead of using fresh ones. Had to throw those away. Why is there never any guacamole available for walk-ins, but readily available if ordered online?

  Worst experience I’ve ever had here. Employees randomly wandering off line, protein was maybe a half scoop if even that. Was going to dine in but unfortunately the dining area looked fairly unclean/unkept.

  I accidentally used my card because the workers were rushing us through I asked if I could be refunded to then pay with a gift card I had. The manager Maria said the system would not let her. Very sad because I meant to use the gift card and mistakenly used my card. Seemed like a simple request but Maria wasn’t able to accommodate.

  Continues to get worse and worse. I’ve been to over 100 Chipotle’s and this one is by far the worst. HORRENDOUS service. Every time I go there is a sign on the door saying they are out of something. Lettuce, fajitas, corn, ice, change. Something different every time but it’s always something. They’ll even put up signs that say, “Lettuce is online order ONLY today” On average, my online orders are ready 15-20 minutes after they’re supposed to be. If you order chips and guacamole, they usually forget unless you remind them. A couple months ago, I witnessed a disgruntled ex-employee walk into the store and demand his final paycheck which he claimed management had been withholding for weeks. This all happened in front of a packed lobby with a long line of people waiting for orders that were way behind. The store is filthy. Employees rude and lazy. The food is usually not bad but you’re lucky if they have less than 2 ingredients missing from your burrito/bowl. Whoever runs this store should truly be ashamed of themselves.

  Usually have a good experience with the food, but after having sat for 25 minutes staring at an empty online order shelf I finally asked the staff if my order had been received. I was silently handed my now cold burrito by an overwhelmed appearing cashier. Dining room conditions were rough as well, and the restaurant seemed understaffed. Perhaps some improvement in communication or training may help. Update: Reached out to customer service line per reply below. Didn’t even get a response. That was my last time eating here.
