We ordered online (2 identical bowls, and a kids taco meal) and the few people working were pretty rude when we picked it up. Maybe just worn down by the lunch rush. We asked for some salsa on the side for an extra $1 they provided a less than half filled little container. We're not impressed by this latest trip here, and not that excited to come back.

It was 8:30 and the service counter was empty - they were clearing it out like they were closing up. Supposed to be open until 10. Service was terrible. Food that I was able to have scrounged together was cold. And the place reeked of pot. This place needs to be shut down. I will never go back there and advise you to avoid. I’ll go hungry before I will go back there.

The staff was completely unmotivated — I waited at the counter for 15 minutes with no one else in the restaurant and wasn’t even acknowledged. The place was unbelievably dirty and messy — tables, kitchen, floor — I didn’t even have the courage to go into the bathroom. The employee preparing the food was also handling cash payments, wearing the same gloves the whole time. I saw him touch money and then food several times. It’s unacceptable that there’s no quality control. After 25 minutes, I finally received my order, only because I asked about the delay.

At least 12 or more people came up and left wanting to enter but the doors were still locked at 11:30am. We saw a customer go in the exit door so we proceeded to enter there. The lady with dark brown hair stated we are only doing pick up orders and refused to serve us. When we inquired when they would be open and she rudely stated, "whenever we feel like it!" We left and went to Qdoba 5 miles away instead. Customer service was excellent there. Corporate, please get some good management at the Miller Hill Mall location in Duluth, MN. We were freqient customers as we work in Duluth & will never return.
