If you try to talk to these baristas expect a rude response, might as well just shut up and accept the bad drink they made. I almost never write reviews but I went up and asked for a fix on a drink because it was bad and I was treated as if I was the biggest inconvenience they have ever had, and I watched the baristas talk to each other while rolling there eyes. I know the baristas themselves dont care, but if you want good customer service and a good coffee go to the caribou on kenwood, Baristas there are 100x better.
