- NCNani K (Cici)Aug 30, 20251.0context: i work in the mall at a very high traffic store right next to this location. i buy food from here everyday. there is an older woman that works at this location that has been very rude to me and not only that but shes messed up my order a few times. i went there asking for 2 waters (one for me and one for my coworker) and was told in a very off putting tone that i had to wait on the other side (which im well aware of) i sit there for about 15 minutes waiting for my water, mind you im currently clocked into work at this time using my 15 minute break for some water. i go up and ask when ill get my water, they apologize saying theyre really busy and itll be out in a few minutes. about 5-10 more minutes go by and i go to the front to ask again because 20 minutes for water is a little crazy. i see another worker holding a regular cup and i overheard him telling the older lady it was for me, i then hear her say "no im giving her these" and she puts 2 shot glass sized cups of water on the counter. mind you, it was not that busy there. maybe 2 people in line before my when i first ordered my water. then the next day comes and my coworker informed me that the same older lady working there was talking to him about how i was rude. she's unprofessional and that is certainly not how you talk about fellow mall employees/regular customers.
