  I went to pick up my order and initially gave the wrong name, but I immediately corrected myself. The host then asked what the order included, so I stated “10 boneless wings.” She proceeded to toss the bag toward me without any acknowledgment—no greeting, no confirmation, and no “good evening.” There was also a man at the counter who said nothing. I chose not to address it at the time, as I didn’t have the energy to dispute the interaction. After leaving the counter, I realized that most of the sauces from my order were missing. I returned and informed her. This could have been resolved easily with a quick apology and by handing me the sauces, which has been my experience in similar situations. Instead, she asked me to pull up the receipt and went through it sauce by sauce, which felt unnecessary. When she returned with the sauces, she said “here you go” and “have a good day,” but it felt insincere given the earlier interactions. Overall, the lack of courtesy and customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. Because of this experience, we will not be returning to or ordering from this Buffalo Wild Wings location again.

  Food is for drunk people who like sports. Sadly. I am not a drinker, nor do I care for sports. 30 ish TVs with 3 different channels and NO Closed Captions. So loud, and I was there during a slower day. Service was good, aside for how long I waited for my check. And only one toilet in the men's room apparently...

  Placed an order and arrived at the time stated in the app. I was told that my order had just come through the system. Then i was told by a different staff member that they had just had a huge rush and that was why I was waiting. waited an additional 20 minutes for food, during which time several other customers came and went, all receiving their food when they expected to. When I got home, half my food was cold.

  I haven’t been to a BWW in a little over a year, so I’m not sure how they have been trending in general; but this location seems to be pretty lackluster. I visited during a weekday during off-peak hours (it was between 2 and 3 PM), and there were only roughly 3-4 other parties dining at the time; but they still seemed to be under staffed. Service was relatively slow overall, it took longer than normal to order, and it took forever for the food to come out. I was there just under an hour as a party of one, having only ordered boneless wings and fries. The staff were super friendly though. The food quality is about on par with most BWWs I’ve visited in the last 5 years or so. The chicken was tender enough with plenty of sauce. The fries were actually quite good. With the Popeye’s open and plenty of other local casual dining options, I doubt I will be back to this BWW any time soon. That being said, if you’re a BWE diehard and need your fix, this location will probably be fine.

  My boyfriend ordered me food from there and I ended up getting food poisoning my burger wasn’t cooked all the way and then the next I was throwing up and and having to go to the bathroom a lot. Make sure you’re burgers are well done
