- DCDelaney ClementsMar 28, 20261.0i live in duluth and have been traveling to superior dunkin which is an extra maybe 15 minutes- anyways besides that this location has changed drastically… multiple times there’s the manager yelling at workers for little simple things… they are working FOR YOU, they are learning and by yelling at them discourages the way they perform… very unprofessional, they are trying their best, so thank you i will not be returning:)!

Everytime I've come here within the last year, there's been something wrong. Either my drinks are made terribly, the workers got attitude, or I'm missing an item. I'm not sure what happened, what changed in management, but I've been very upset with this spot. It didn't use to be like this.

I came in a few days ago and witnessed what I believe is the manager (Alison) cussing out an employee. When I returned today she was rude to me, other customers, and the staff repeatedly. So unprofessional and not a healthy work environment! I’ve never had an issue with the staff before, always been treated well by others. But this manager is definitely not representative of Dunkin values, she should face consequences
