  Always a million staff members and no one taking orders. Staff are unfriendly and put little care into their jobs. Meat left sitting for long periods, looks old and unappetizing.

  Used to come here regularly, gone down hill significantly. No bag check, if you place an online order expect it to be stolen and wait an extra +30 minutes. Food is decent, friends who have been ex employees I’ve been there with have mentioned a dramatic decrease in sanitation and seen spraying sanitizer on the line. When busy depending on management staff can be absentminded. Their rushes are terrible.

  This is by far one of the worst Chipotle locations in existence. It took 35 minutes to get through the line. Why? Because staff made the bright decision to shut down the mobile order station during prime time for mobile orders (3 hours before closing). Those orders got sent down the main line forcing everyone ordering in person to wait 20 minutes or more for their food from start to finish. Employees lazily sweeping or wiping down the closed mobile order station instead of pitching in to speed up the line. All the napkin holders were empty and nobody cared to restock them even when asked. This location is always a mess with ingredients carelessly slopped everywhere (dairy ingredients spilled into the gauc and salsas, proteins and beans spilled into each other, everything mixed together). Seems nobody is in charge here and everyone just does whatever they feel like doing without any regard for taking care of the customers.

  I would love to actually get the items I ordered and payed for….. they just can’t seem to figure out how to read what people order and put in in the bag. If you’re thinking about doing an online order, forget about it. The only way to get what you want if for you to watch them put it on your food.

  Go look through my records, and you will know that I am not one to give poor ratings like this. With that being said. This place was very dirty. Food everywhere on the tables and floors. They showed no desire to clean it either. We were lucky to even get our food fast because the lines hadn’t show up yet. They were also playing really poor music in the kitchen. I could go on and on… At the end of the day, this tenant does not represent the goals and values of Simon Property Group, Inc. and its affiliates. In its pursuit of creating high quality shopping experiences, Simon Property Group, Inc. should consider terminating its lease with Chipotle.
