  Customer service usually stinks. Every other JJ asks about being a rewards member except this one. My guess is crappy management because the service is consistently bad like customers are a nuisance but the sandwiches are still good. Luckily there's a Jersey Mike's about a block away.

  I feel the same way about this place as I do about Burger King: consistency depends on the day of the week. Prices aren’t bad, and staff is hit or miss. Overall, you could do worse for a sandwich place.

  Love Jimmy John’s but the lore is actually insane. Supposedly the staff is high and there are RUMORS of spit?? Terrifying. Disturbing. Unsettling. That being said, every sandwich has eaten so I will continue to show up 😌
