Once we got to the window I was asked what my order was and I said I believe you just gave it to the person in front of me to which the response was “oh yea I thought so” So we waited at the window for almost 10mins when they handed me the food we ordered but not the cookies, the food must’ve been sitting on the counter dying because it was at best room temp. They asked me to pull forward and they would bring out the cookies. After waiting another ten minutes they bring me a pancake container with the cookies just thrown in. But to top it all of instead of getting 13 cookies I got 11 and a half that’s correct 11 and a half not once did anyone apologize or say sorry for the inconvenience I was treated like it was my fault.
