Like you were trained to do? Also workers are very rude in the drive through. My sister wanted a iced campfire mocha cooler. And you can order coolers in iced, hot, or blended. She said iced. They gave it to her blended. When she said that, they argued with her through the drive through window. They told her she could get it iced, hot, or blended, and she said right I wanted it iced. And then again they sat there and said yes you can get it iced hot or blended, and again she said she ordered it iced and they just kept arguing with her through the window. So she took her drink and left. Very disrespectful and disappointed. I love caribou, but I'll just go to other caribou's if it's going to be this way.

The store manager Tricia is amazing! You can tell she cares about her employees and that she knows what she is doing. A really leader! I drive 20 mins out of my way just to go to this caribou because they make me feel like I am royalty, part of the family!! Thank you caribou family 🥰
