- MPMadelyn PeitzOct 20, 20253.0Usually I love coming to this caribou other than the drive throughs because I've noticed at the drive through, the teenagers argue with you or don't care as much when making your drink, but in this case it wasn't enjoyable. Got a nitro high rise, it's a caramel nitro with some nitro whip on top and has milk in it, one of my favorite drinks, it's sweet but also has that rich coffee taste that everyone loves you know? This drink had ice in it (it doesn't come with ice) had no nitro whip, and no sweetness to it at all. Not only that the employee was really quiet, we could barely here her talking, gave us short answers, and acted like she didn't want to be there. I got my drink and it tasted like there was no flavor in it at all. And she confirmed with me too that I was talking about the caramel one and I said yes. This drink sucked. So I politely told her what was wrong with it and she made me a new one, she didn't seem to happy about it either. And the second one I will say was better, had not as strong of a coffee taste as the last one did, which is good but it still didn't have as much of the caramel flavor as I would've liked and still no nitro whip on top that's supposed to come on the drink. I didn't say anything else, she was already not having a good day so I drank like 1/3 of it and then threw it. At least it was my free drink from my points and I didn't have to pay for it š¤·āāļø
