- CCCorrine Conley3 days ago1.0Horrible service, discusting eating while serving food. Bar tender and our waitress were eating behind bar and celebrating getting off work. Took 30 min for waitresses to get us silverware. My husband had to go get his own beer from bar
- FSFavored StayzJan 24, 20261.0I ordered for delivery straight through the Bdub website. Received an email saying my order would be delivered and had the tab for me to check my delivery. I noticed over an hour went by I called 3 time to finally get to an unprofessional manager, that told me the order was not in the system on his end for a delivery. It was in the system for a pick up which didn’t make any sense because I had a delivery and also my email show delivery he then said they don’t have any drivers and normally I would have to order through DoorDash or another platform to get delivery. I requested my money back immediately, he said because it’s Saturday, I would have to wait for tomorrow, which will be Sunday the 24th of January for my order to be fully canceled out, another thing that made no sense at all. I recorded the whole conversation as well So there won’t be a problem with me getting my $22.98 back. There was nothing offered for the inconvenience, waiting over an hour for food that they claimed was only for pick up and not delivery. Never again I won’t refer no one here No one had a clue of what was going on or how things worked! Such a horrible experience!!!
