A large party came in about 10-12 people, they waited a small wait and got seated before us. Seemed pretty prejudiced. Mind you when we arrived there was plenty of room for us to be seated, they even made time to put together tables for the larger group. I will not come here again oh and my waiter was a snob, he was resentful toward us but when another party came in after us he was joyous with them. Two thumbs down! Cold food

Messed my order up and ordered another to go and didn't bother to check since I was very specific and thought we were on the same page. Got home and when I went to eat it, it was the same mess up on a simple burger order. Going downhill quickly and will not be returning business. Greeter/seater was phenomenal though.

I had to grab a manager to tell them about our food because our server did not stop to ask if we needed anything or if the food came out ok. Our waitress Reyna walked past our table a total of 11 times not checking on us at all. Even after I talked to the manager about our mishap with our food. We’ve had great experiences up to this point with other waitresses but we will definitely be taking a break from BWW in the coming weeks to hope things improve again.
