I have ordered this sandwich countless times and they have always warmed up my meat! The food got thrown because we were on our way to an event and could not be late. Absolutely awful service and actually commented to my husband I felt sorry for the customers in line because it appeared they had no idea what they were doing

They claimed they didn’t have veggies “prepped” when it’s not that hard to chop up some lettuce. All of our subs were supposed to be toasted all of them not. The total felt like it was more than what I saw at the window and i didn’t get a receipt showing they subtracted the lettuce from my total.

I called them to see what was going on 10 times in a row called no answer I drove there went in and asked why they didn't answer Their phone the guy said " were busy" I looked around and there only 2 people in there this girl came out and I said do you even deliver and she said no them I stupid well you should fix the website that states that they do she said well that's not in is that's the management I said you should tell the management so I'm telling the management you really should not have that you deliver of you don't. I hope those rode people at the counter gets strept throat
