I was at the restaurant to pick up a DoorDash order, but they kept me waiting for more than 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. The short lady behind the counter with dyed hair was constantly talking on the phone and to other employees without paying any attention to me. I asked her several times about my order, but she ignored me each time. In the end, she reluctantly and rudely threw the bag at me and intentionally didn't give me the drink. When I complained about it, she claimed I left there, which was not true as she only gave me the food without mentioning the drink.
A few hours later, I received another order from the same place, but when I arrived, the same rude lady said she wouldn't give me any more orders. Seriously? After keeping me waiting, ignoring me, being rude, and giving me an incomplete order, she now refuses to give me the assigned order sent by Doordash? This behavior not only reflects rudeness but also violates Wingstop's and DoorDash's policies. I have already reported this incident to Wingstop and DoorDash, and an ongoing investigation is in progress.
To the owner: I have delivered hundreds of orders for your restaurant, and the previous manager was a great person. However, since his departure, everything seems to be messed up. Recent reviews from customers also highlight how your employee treat people rudely. After this negative experience, I have stopped delivering for your restaurant. I hope you will address this issue if you value your customers and business.

Went to eat here for the 1st time with my husband and daughter, and let me tell you that it will be our last time ever. My husband and I ordered 10 piece combo with 2 different sauces, he ordered half atomic and half hot honey rub. The Atomic sauce was disgusting, super sour and vinegary my husband had to dunk his wings in bluecheese just to be able to eat it, and the hot honey rub literally just tasted like fried wings with honey drizzle, no flavor. I ordered half garlic parmesan wings and half korean spicy, the korean sauce tasted okay nothing great, but not bad. But the garlic Parmesan was literally just the wings with Parmesan cheese thrown on it, no garlic, no sauce just wings and cheese. The fries was soggy and bland. And the service was terrible, they took our order and said it would be about a 10 min wait. We agreed and said no big deal, we ended waiting almost 25 mins for our wings because the staff was talking instead of doing their work. Never again would i come to wingstop. IF YOU WANT SOME GOOD WINGS, GO TO BDUBS DOWN THE STREET OR EVEN CHI MAEK!!

My order was incorrect the last three times I visited this establishment. I tried doordash paid and tipped; and still ended up picking up my own food. I was asked not to request a refund and work with the store. I understood it was a bad snow storm and they were short staffed.
I have never been compensated for anything. My last online order was today. At the latest it was scheduled to be ready by 4:30. The store was empty with one bag waiting on the pickup shelf at 4:30. I sent my son in to pick up my order. He was told it was not ready yet. Many people entered and left with their purchases; while I watched that same, lone bag sit for 25 minutes. I then called the store while watching from my car. The associate look at the same bag I've been looking at for over 35 min and said my order was waiting for pickup. He then gave it to my son; who was still waiting in the store. After being told it wasn't ready 35 minutes before.
